Sell out event last week for JCU: James Cook University, Australia 's Inspiration on Tap. The series aims to showcase JCU researchers to the public in an informal, accessible and fun style. And what better way to do that than the local pub?

I had a blast sharing stories of wrecks on the Great Barrier Reef and sharing the stage with Dr Brandon Mahan from Geosciences at JCU.

Thanks again to the organisers, in particular Lachlan Ramm, and to Eric Roberts for MCing the night 👌🏼
