Top three tips to grow your profits:

Want to grow your small business profits without working harder? Here are 3 things that actually work:

1. Price it properly.
Too many small businesses undervalue what they do. Check what your competitors charge and how you compare. If your service or reputation is better—charge like it.

2. Cut waste.
Spend money where your customers see value. Don’t waste it where they don’t. Look at your regular costs and ask: is this helping the customer experience?

3. Keep your customers.
It’s cheaper to keep a customer than find a new one. Stay in touch, give great service, and ask their opinion. Loyal customers come back—and bring others with them.

You don’t need to do more. Just do what you already do—a little better.
