Exciting New Role – Operations Manager | Townsville

Erker Safety is growing, and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team!
This is a hands-on leadership role supporting our expanding client base across the construction and safety sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily business operations and workflow efficiency
• Manage team coordination, scheduling, and service delivery
• Support client engagement and project ex*****on
• Drive process improvements across our systems and platforms (including ODIN)
• Assist with compliance, reporting, and quality control

About You:
You’re organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail are essential. Experience in safety, construction, or business operations will be highly regarded.

A huge part of safety is getting the workers onboard and engaged. Visual presentations or hands on are a must, most people don't learn by reading a document. Today was a PowerPoint, yesterday was bandages, who knows what will happen tomorrow!
