Glenda, a life resident of the Valley, has worked locally with Solicitors managing conveyancing before establishing GM Conveyancing now known as Good Move. Glenda has over 30 years experience in the field, she is a certified practising conveyancer, a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (VIC division) and has recently completed a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing). Starting this week our office hours are changing ever so slightly.

On a Wednesday the office will now be open 9:00am - 4:00pm.

All other days will remain 9:00am - 5:00pm.

POSITION AVAILABLE - RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who is enthusiastic, takes initiative, has a strong attention to detail and is extremely productive.

While conveyancing experience is not a necessity, administration and/or customer service experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities would include liaising with clients, data entry, opening files and assisting other staff members with conveyancing duties.

The position is full time hours - Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 RDO per month.

Our focus is to provide our clients with a professional yet friendly service from start to finish.
