📢 Office Manager / Administration Assistant Wanted 📢

CME Installations is a small, family-owned Security & CCTV supply and installation business based in Traralgon, and we’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Manager / Administration Assistant to join our team.

🕒 15–20 hours per week
✅ Flexible days and working hours
📈 Potential for additional hours as required

Key Responsibilities:
Managing invoices and accounts
Responding to emails
Answering customer phone enquiries
General office administration
Assisting with scheduling and job management
Experience Preferred:
Experience with Xero
Experience with ServiceM8 (or similar job management software, training can be provided if needed)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
