‼️Emergency Conveyor Belt Repair at a Recycling Plant‼️

Last week, our team was called to a recycling facility to handle a critical failure: a conveyor belt had snapped mid-operation. In heavy-duty environments like recycling, a broken belt doesn't just stop a machine, it halts the entire production line.

🔧Fixing: Instead of a temporary patch, we have a long-term solution. We precisely cut out the damaged section and performed steel fastener splice. By removing the fatigued material and creating a fresh joint, we restored the belt's structural integrity and got the facility back up and running.

💡Maintenance Tip: Pay close attention to the transition zone between the tail pulley and the first transition idler. If the transition angle is too steep, it creates excessive edge tension. This overstretches the belt carcass, leading to premature wear, tracking issues, or even another snap. A smooth, gradual transition is key to extending your belt's lifespan.
