Iron Fortune grants option over Vemasse mineral concession in Timor-Leste.
Iron Fortune has executed a Binding Term Sheet with Tivan Limited (ASX:TVN) granting Tivan an Option to acquire Iron Fortune’s Vemasse Exploration and Evaluation Licence located to the immediate west of Tivan’s Baucau Project in the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. Iron Fortune and Tivan have also agreed to explore opportunities for further collaboration in Timor-Leste beyond the Licence, as part of a collaborative relationship, based on mutual respect and shared interests in developing the mineral resources sector in Timor-Leste.
Comment from Tivan Executive Chairman, Mr Grant Wilson:

Iron Fortune appreciates and values the good faith negotiations with Tivan, and will deploy funds raised from the transaction to progress exploration activities at the company’s two Oecusse tenements. The Oecusse tenements are prospective for manganese and other metallic minerals.
