Paperchase & Total Office National Total Office National is a wholly Australian-owned office supplies company, part of the Office National group. Delivery of all orders over $100 ex.

It's clients range from some of Australia's largest companies to sole traders. We offer a diverse range of high quality products sourced from well known, reputable manufacturers such as Hewlett Packard, Canon, 3M, Artline and Bic just to name a few. Our high standard of service is evident to our clients from the moment we receive their call. On placement of your first order, an Account Manager will assume the responsibility of attending to any requirements or queries you may have. This relationship enables personalised attention and the comfort of familiarity in future dealings. However, all queries may, in need, be directed to any of our highly trained sales staff. Clients are assured of prompt free delivery of all goods in stock. Our twice daily delivery service ensures all orders placed before 10:30am are delivered same day, with all orders placed after this time being delivered next working day. Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder and delivered immediately on arrival at our store. Clients will be promptly notified by their Account Manager of any such delays as well as an estimated time of arrival. GST, is free within the metro Melbourne area. Delivery to regional locations will incur a small fee. Total Office National is part of the Office National Group, which represents the largest buying group in Australia with a distribution network of 180 offices Australia-wide. As such, our "Buying Power" enables cost-savings to be passed on to our clients.
