During a separate extraordinary incident, Samy demonstrated remarkable leadership and composure, employing calm authority and maintaining strong control of the situation to keep everyone safe. So, your licence has expired and you can’t carry on security activities until it’s renewed. The next important question is: when did it expire? If it’s been less than three months, you can lodge a late renewal application (and pay a late fee). If it’s been more than three months, you’re out of luck. If you want to continue to work in the NSW security industry, you’ll have to reapply.
