PPS has just completed its third year in business. This year we expanded the areas that we worked in with a greater number of Sydney and Hunter Valley jobs than in the past. Although the main area that we work in continues to be the Central Coast. As with previous years, we helped clients to get development approvals for a wide variety of projects including large scale residential subdivisions, residential flat buildings, commercial and industrial developments. We also managed a lot of smaller scale projects such as dual occupancy developments, dwellings and granny flats.

A nice surprise delivery to the office this morning.

Second year for PPS done and dusted. It's been a very big year with over 100 different jobs ranging from a $23mill residential flat building to secondary dwellings and dual occupancies (throw in a couple of rezoning as well). This year we have completed jobs from Cessnock in the north, Marrickville in the south and Maroota in the west.

Another PPS rezoning. Early days, but in principle support from the Council

Rezoning of land in Ocean Beach Rd at Umina Beach for United Petroleum. PPS was the applicant (not the land owner). We prepared the rezoning request, managed the specialist consultants and liaised with the Council to get a great outcome for our client and the community.

First year of the new business complete.
Here are some interesting statistics:
* 72 jobs for 52 different clients.
* Preparation and lodgement of 17 Development Applications to 5 different Councils (Sydney to the Hunter) - 11 approvals, 6 still being assessed.
* Preparation of 19 Statement of Environmental Effects, 11 Waste Management Plans, 3 Voluntary Planning Agreements and 14 submissions to Councils on various matters.
