Position Overview | About the Role
Are you an experienced or non-experienced, customer-focused solar sales professional looking to make a real impact in the renewable energy industry? Join our growing team as a Solar & Battery Sales Consultant! This role offers an excellent opportunity for those new to the industry to launch their sales career. You will be part of a supportive environment that values learning and development.
What you'll be doing
Engaging with potential customers to understand their renewable energy needs and provide tailored solutions
Delivering high-quality customer service and building long-lasting relationships
Accurately recording customer information and sales data
Supporting the broader sales team with administrative tasks and special projects
Continuously learning about the renewable energy industry and our products/services
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers (solar, battery & EV experience a plus)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to understand customer needs
Self-motivation, discipline, willingness to learn and a passion for renewable energy and sustainability
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, e.g. BBC CRM/Wix CRM.
