To be recognised alongside some of Regional NSW’s outstanding hospitality businesses is something our whole team is incredibly proud of.

For the past 14 years, we’ve loved welcoming guests to Courabyra, sharing our w**es, our food and this beautiful part of the world. ❤️

A huge thank you to our wonderful team, our local producers and, most importantly, every guest who has dined with us, enjoyed our w**es and supported Courabyra Wines along the way.

We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

Now we’ll be keeping everything crossed 🤞🥂 as we head to the 2026 NSW Restaurant & Catering Hostplus Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner on 28 September.

🥂 WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE SPECIAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our Cellar Door & Restaurant team at Courabyra Wines.

For us, it’s more than just serving food and w**e. We love welcoming people to Courabyra, sharing our story, introducing guests to our award-winning w**es and making sure everyone has a wonderful experience.

We’d love to find someone who is:
• Warm, friendly and loves interacting with people
• Reliable and takes pride in their work
• Happy working as part of our small, passionate team
• Available week days, weekends, public holidays and the occasional evening
• Experienced in hospitality desired – although a great attitude and willingness to learn is just as important to us
• RSA qualified
Barista skills and w**e knowledge a bonus

The role includes cellar door w**e tastings and sales, restaurant table service, sharing our w**e club with guests and, most importantly, helping us create the welcoming experience Courabyra is known for.

Part-time / casual position.

🌿 Gardener / Grounds Person Wanted – Part Time

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to help us care for the gardens and grounds surrounding our cellar door at Courabyra Wines.

This is a part-time position: 2 days per week and would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping gardens and grounds looking beautiful and welcoming.

Duties will include general gardening, mowing, pruning, weeding, watering and maintaining the outdoor areas around our cellar door and venue.

Experience with gardening and grounds maintenance would be an advantage, but most importantly we’re looking for someone who is reliable, practical and takes pride in their work.

August is our chance to slow down, recharge, and prepare for the busy months ahead.

For the month of August, we’ll be closing at 4:00 pm each day, and we won’t be offering evening service.

We’ll still be here during the day, serving lunch, pouring w**es, and welcoming you to enjoy everything you love about Courabyra.

Thank you for supporting our family business and for understanding that taking a little time to reset helps us continue creating special experiences for you.
