We will delve into the positive psychology of success and how we can learn to fulfil our potential and inspire the team. We will reflect on a fixed mindset versus a growth mindset. We will consider how to create an organisation that grows and flourishes using organisational mindsets. We will look at Growth Mindset Leaders in Action. Finally, we will address what makes a quality Teacher or Educator and how we can change mindsets for positive outcomes.
