ECOMIST North Coast NSW and Brisbane South are looking for a reliable person to join our service team. We are a family business and have a friendly team of people that service our clients in the South Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Gold Coast and North Coast NSW region.
ABOUT THE POSITION
You will be responsible to visit our clientβs premises and deliver and service our products in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner, ensuring high levels of customer service delivery and the provision of a quality customer experience which is easy, convenient and as secure as possible.
This role requires communication through face to face with Commercial Business Owners, Business Service Managers in Schools and their employees. You will be required to use our software system that provides you with the all the customer information including locations with mapping, invoice, and service scheduling.
You will be supported by our Friendly Administration and Sales Team.
Your role will primarily include installing, servicing, refreshing dispensers and other hygiene products. We pride ourselves on being reliable and efficient. Training will be provided.
Sales skills would be highly desirable.

β’ Face to face communication with internal and external stakeholders
β’ Operate our communication system through our scheduling portal
β’ Perform work as required in line with capabilities to contribute to the success of Ecomist objectives
β’ Comply with privacy requirements and legislative obligations ensuring confidentiality, privacy and integrity of information is not compromised
β’ Hold a current Blue Card and Police check
β’ Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and friendly manner and ensuring customer satisfaction as a priority
β’ Provide timely, high quality customer service to customers
β’ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through new ideas, efficiency of work processes and identify sales opportunities
Your remuneration
Your role is a permanent full-time position for the right person. Above award rates to start. Work vehicle and mobile phone included.
