Installations Supervisor, Sydney $100K+Super Neg

Qualified Fitter / Supervisor, 3 yrs + experience leading teams to install, repair and maintain warehouse automation conveyors and systems to lead a team of 25 trades to safely install leading edge warehouse automation project in Sydney South West.

This is a fast moving and high pressure Greenfield Automation Project , you will be responsible for the full Installation Lifecycle and will need to be calm, methodical and have strong site leadership experience.

It is ideal if you have lead teams of 10 to deliver warehouse. material handling or manufacturing projects and have a strong understanding of conveyors - Belt, Rollers, Site Levelling

Must be prepared to travel and work interstate, returning home of weekends if required in the future

Main Duties

Lead a team of 25+ to install, test and commission and operate Vanderlande equipment.

Site responsibility from receiving goods, storage, site organisation and installation
Reading, interpreting technical manuals diagrams and company specifications and procedures

Identify, resolve conveyor systems snags and escalate systemic equipment faults or malfunctions.

Be willing to get your hands dirty to fix problems

Ensure equipment operates at optimum productivity

Maintain a clean, safe and organised site

Definition

Sets up and operates machine tools to shape and form metal stock and castings to fine tolerances, using detailed drawings and specifications.

CNC Machinist Overview
