This post really resonates with me and our small team at Cinemedia. We were so excited to produce this "left field" video for you and witness firsthand the dedication to crafting a visual story that not only engaged your people but also powerfully illustrated the turnaround led by Jarrod Hill and the team. It's fantastic to see that open-mindedness and willingness to push boundaries have been so richly rewarded.
And speaking of impactful work, a little story comes to mind from a while back. We were once contracted to produce a video through an agency, and I remember asking point-blank if the piece was actually going to make a difference for the client's business. The response I received was something along the lines of, "Doesn't really matter about the impact, but it'll definitely win us an award." That always stuck with me because, for us at Cinemedia, while the recognition of an award is certainly appreciated, our core aim has always been to create content that has a genuine, positive impact and makes a real difference for the companies that put their trust in us.
So, knowing that this award-winning piece for IAG Commercial Insurance also had a meaningful impact in employee communications makes this win even sweeter. That's the kind of success we truly strive for.
