🩷🍪 2025 — What a Year 🍪🩷
At the start of this year, our world was turned completely upside down.
A fire took everything — our home, our stability, our sense of normal — and we were forced to rebuild our family life and our business life entirely from scratch.
And unfortunately… it didn’t stop there.
This year brought loss, heartbreak, and challenges I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
But what I can say is this: I didn’t let it stop me.
Even in the last two weeks of this year, life threw us another curveball and I’ve now stepped into being a full-time parent to my two beautiful kids after receiving some really tough news.
But we’re standing. We’re strong. And we’re moving forward.
Despite all of this, 2025 also gave us some incredible moments:
✨ Featured on the front page of the newspaper — three times
✨ Winners of a major community award
✨ Our very first time at the Burnie Show
✨ And so many milestones along the way
Our biggest achievement though?
Starting from nothing… and almost fully rebuilding this business within a year.
I could not have done this without Toby — the man who picked me up at my lowest, loved me through my healing, and helped rebuild not just this business, but me.
And to our community, our customers, our supporters — you have no idea how much your kindness, orders, messages and encouragement have meant to us.
Here’s to hoping 2026 is gentler, brighter, and full of everything we’ve been working so hard for.
