Filquip is proud to present MagBase-K Series as a magnetic vi****or mounting bracket that allows the user to apply vibration from an K30, K45 or K60 Linear Hammer Vi****or to any ferromagnetic metal structure (Iron, Steel, Cobalt, Nickel).
The Filquip MagBase-K magnetic vi****or mounting bracket is made from Stainless Steel 304 and uses strong rare earth magnets to hold the hammer vi****or against the steel formwork, shipping container, hopper walls, silos or bins requiring vibrating.
Check out this slow-mo footage of our MagBase K60LF in action. You can see the vibration energy transfer into the walls of the shipping container which is required to ensure internal product flow when tipping containers.

Filquip recently delivered and commissioned a new 25kg Bag Break Station paired with a Dense Phase Conveyor for a client, streamlining the transfer of milk powder, cocoa powder, sugar, coconut powder, and various other food ingredients into their site mixer.

Previously, the process required three staff members operating from a mobile ladder platform to manually load 25kg bags into the mixer. The new system enhances efficiency by enabling a single operator to handle the loading process while eliminating the need for a ladder, improving workplace safety.

The innovative Filquip system design integrates the bag break station’s dust extractor to also serve the bag packing head through a pipework and valve system, offering a cost-effective solution by eliminating the need for a separate dust extraction unit within the room for the packing process.

Key equipment supplied includes:
- WAMGroup SS304 RSM Manual Bag Break Station, ATEX-compliant with IECEX pulsing coils, 1.1kW IECEX fanset for integrated dust control, and a Zone 20 internal rating.

- Air-Tec Systems BARTOne 50 Dense Phase Conveyor in SS304, upgraded with IECEX Zone 20 internal instrumentation.

- OLI Vi****ors OT16 Pneumatic Vi****or and VBSMI Mini Blue Food-Grade, Metal-Detectable Aerators to enhance flow in the RSM hopper.

- Stainless steel long-radius tube bends for durability and performance.

Filquip has conducted a trial of our FVC-5-CONT Continuous Vacuum Loader System for conveying PE Beads. This unit moved approx 2.5m3/hr volume of PE beads from wand to outlet of receiver head through a continuous rotary valve.

Filquip has recently worked with a quarry plant construction company to provide a Quarry Stone Dust Wetting System for the fines generated through the quarry screening processes.

The Filquip supplied Dustfix unit allows the plant to put the fine quarry stone dust onto a belt conveyor for stockpiling without all the excessive dust emissions generally associated with handling fine dusts on belt conveyors.

Filquip is a supplier of filter presses for the Stone, Ceramics and Tile cutting industries. The filter press allows solids/liquids seperation of the suspended fines in the cutting water. Filquip has recently worked with local installation contractors to specify and supply a system to out-load the excess stone from a Benninghoven Asphalt Plant. This Dust Conditioning system uses a screw conveyor to take the excess dust created in the asphalt process and condition it with water to minimise the release of dust during open truck filling for disposal.

This system results in a significant saving in ongoing costs for the Asphalt plant as they no longer require Vacuum Sucker Trucks to remove the Excess Stone Dust from the Silos.

Filquip has recently supplied some new Brewing Grain Conveying Systems. These two systems take the grain from tip in hoppers to their required destinations at the Brewery.

System 1 utilises a vacuum conveying system to move the grain from a Rotary Valve on the tip in station to a batching hopper with WAMFlo Dust Collector.

System 2 has a twin inlet WAM Horizontal Screw Conveyor with Vertical Screw Conveyor Combo allowing grain to be conveyed from the mill to the Grist Bin or grains to be added to the grist bin which bypass the mill.

Filquip has successfully completed the Design, Supply, Install and Commissioning a Venturi Vacuum Conveyor and Buffer hopper allowing the customer to transfer various products to this storage hopper above an automated can filling packer.

The following major equipment was used by Filquip:

· SF4551-SS Stainless Steel Suction feeder conveyor for 2m3/hr vacuum suction from the wand to convey the powder up in the hopper.
· 200L SS304 Buffer hopper with WAM Hopperjet Dust Collector Vent.
· Automated OLI OT8 hopper vi****or and OLI VBSMI Aerators with pneumatically actuated WAM V2FS150AI butterfly valve to control product flow following the call signal from the packing machine below.
