Due to increasing demand for our services, Jessie Mays Pty Ltd is looking for compassionate, reliable and qualified Support Workers to join our growing local team.
We provide personalised, in-home aged care and disability support, helping the people we support maintain their independence, stay connected to their community and continue living comfortably in their own homes. 🏡
We’re looking for people who genuinely care about making a difference and take pride in providing respectful, reliable and high-quality support.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same. Your role may include:
🚿 Personal Care – Assistance with showering, dressing, grooming and daily personal routines.
🍽️ Meal Preparation – Assisting with meal preparation and everyday living routines.
🧹 Domestic Assistance – General household cleaning, laundry and household tasks.
💜 Respite Support – Providing companionship and support while giving family members and carers a well-earned break.
🚗 Transport & Appointments – Supporting clients to attend medical appointments, activities and other commitments.
🛒 Shopping & Errands – Assisting with grocery shopping and everyday errands.
🤝 Social & Community Support – Supporting independence, social connection and participation in the community.
Qualifications & Checks
Applicants must hold:
✅ Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability), or a higher relevant qualification
✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Current National Police Check
✅ Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
✅ Current driver’s licence
✅ Access to a safe and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

💚 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
💚 Reliability, professionalism and the confidence to work independently
💚 A willingness to provide a range of supports, including personal care and domestic assistance
💚 Weekday availability, with the ability to commence shifts from 8:00am
