Every time I watch this video, it takes me right back to that moment.

The dancing during Kettle Minutes. The laughter. The conversations. The connections being formed all around the room.

It's hard to put into words, but the energy over those two days was something really special.

A few weeks ago I was on the highest of highs after the conference. Buzzing. Energised. Ready for all of it.

And then… the dust settled.

Winter arrived in Tassie — properly — and with it came grey skies, days of rain, and that particular kind of tired that settles into your bones when you've been running on adrenaline for too long.

And then, because life loves perfect timing, we added a 15 year old exchange student from France to our household. 😅

So right now our little family is: one primary schooler, one in daycare, one French teenager, two ponies, a horse, the dogs — and me, trying to hold it all together while the rain hammers the roof.

My business has taken a back seat for a bit. And I'm making peace with that.
Because this is just life, isn't it?

It's not always the highlight reel. Sometimes it's the post-conference slump, the winter blues, the beautiful chaotic full house that leaves you simultaneously grateful and completely overwhelmed.

The highs are real. So are the lows. So is everything in between.

So if things are a little quieter from me for a moment — now you know why. I'm just navigating the rollercoaster like the rest of us. 🧡

I’m still on such a high from the two amazing days we spent together last week at the Tasmanian Women in Business Conference. 💛

Honestly… it was everything I hoped it would be and more.

The speakers were incredible.
The conversations were deep and meaningful.
The connections that formed in that room were just magic.

There’s something really special about bringing women together like this — hearing stories, sharing experiences, supporting one another, laughing together, learning together.

I’ve had so many people reach out afterwards saying how much they loved it, how inspired they feel, and how many genuine connections they made. Some people are already talking collaborations, friendships, and future projects together, which makes my heart so full.

To every speaker, sponsor, attendee, volunteer, supporter, and person who helped make those two days what they were — thank you. Truly.

This event means so much to me, and seeing what it becomes when we all come together is honestly one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

And yes… we’ll absolutely be doing it again next year (because you asked!) ✨
