Loved every minute workshopping all things leadership.
Not one health professional in the room had studied leadership and management as part of their undergraduate program . Poor leadership damages patients and damages team members.
Strong leadership skills need time and effort to develop through formal studies, self directed learning and most importantly with a leadership coach by your side.
Most important skills are emotional intelligence skills of self regulation- everyone loves a calm boss 🙌 and assertiveness- essential for women in particular.
