A warm hello. A birthday remembered. A potential hiccup sorted before it becomes a problem. And yes, sometimes a turn on the cocktail stand. 🍸

That’s the IE team: full of good energy, thoughtful about the little things and always ready to jump in wherever we’re needed. We take the work seriously, look out for each other and make sure there’s room for a bit of fun along the way.

That's a wrap on the Australian Gold Conference 2026! ✨

We've just wrapped up a fantastic few days at The Crown Sydney, bringing together some of the industry's leading minds to talk all things gold.

From the current market and emerging trends to industry insights, future opportunities and plenty of great conversations, it was a brilliant few days of learning, networking and connection.

A big shoutout to Kerry and the wider team at Gold Events, for being so collaborative. We're so grateful to have had the opportunity to support another fantastic industry event. Until next time!

One week to REM. So, what does that look like for Team IE? 👀

It looks like final run sheets being reviewed line by line, supplier timings reconfirmed, travel movements checked and production cues refined.

It’s menus, dietary requirements, signage, room layouts, guest lists and all the tiny details that nobody will notice on the day.

It’s plenty of calls, plenty of spreadsheets and plenty of “just checking one more thing”.

One week out is where everything starts coming together. REM, we’re almost ready for you. Who’s excited? 😏

There’s a new face at IE 👋 Meet Amanda!

She’s officially joined the team, so naturally, we asked for a few fun facts to help you get to know her…

🏃‍♀️ Amanda competed at national level in the 400m and 400m hurdles, so we already know she can move quickly when an event calls for it.

🐶 She’s ruled by Lola, her one-year-old pup who is less “small dog” and more “small horse”.

🎬 And last year, she met Chris Hemsworth while working on a film. She was attempting to untangle a giant ball of knotted bunting when he started chatting to her… and, understandably, she completely forgot what she was doing.

Infinity September REM ✨

Four days on the Gold Coast, close to 1,000 people and that unmistakable REM energy from the first session to the last dance.

And this time, there was Club Zero...

Created from concept to ex*****on in under two weeks, the Club Zero dinner brought 340 guests together for one very special night. From sourcing the venue and organising entertainment to transfers, logistics, theming and everything in between, it was a huge turnaround and one we’re incredibly proud of.

A massive thank you to the Infinity Group team for trusting us to bring it to life, and to the brilliant event partners who helped us make it happen: Dreamweavers, Velvet Rope, Wild Booth Co, Booth Chic Brisbane and The Langham Gold Coast.

And, of course, to the incredible IE crew, who ran on adrenaline and run sheets all week.

August and September had us in ballrooms, up ladders and occasionally, asleep in airport lounges.

But this post isn’t about the events. It’s about the people behind them.

The ones who showed up early and stayed late. Who stepped in without being asked, solved problems on the fly and kept smiling through long days, quick turnarounds and more than a few too many coffees.

Our team is talented, thoughtful and incredibly gritty. They care deeply about our clients, our guests and each other and somehow still bring the passion for one more event, one more challenge and one more big idea.

So today, we’re simply celebrating them.

Team IE, you are absolute superstars and we couldn’t be prouder of everything you have achieved together. 💛

1 roadshow. 8 destinations. 12 events. A whole lot of moving parts ✈️

The FBAA Broker Elevate Series took us around Australia, bringing the broker community together for valuable industry insights, meaningful conversations and plenty of time to connect.

From the first registration desk to the final pack down, every destination brought its own energy while remaining part of one seamless national series.

A very special shoutout has to go to our Ally, who absolutely smashed this one out of the park. Coordinating 12 events across 8 destinations over 4 weeks is no small task, and she handled it all with so much care, commitment and calm. You did yourself very proud Ally. We certainly are 💜

That is a wrap on the Yellow Brick Road National Conference ✨

Two days, one very energised room and a program packed with learning, connection and a few big moments we will be thinking about for a while.
