We combine our wealth of experience and knowledge to support and coach individuals to optimise their strengths. We work to understand the current operating system and culture of the organisation. With these insights, we work with teams to generate options and create hypotheses which they can test. Underlying this process is a system for learning. We call this approach Lean Change Management. We work with our clients to co-create change and help them learn coaching and facilitation skills. Working this way requires the confidence to step outside of your comfort zone and challenge the way you have always done things. We understand that this is not easy for some people so we work alongside and support you on your journey. If you are looking for a ‘cookie cutter’ approach, then we are not for you. We believe that with the current and ongoing level of technological advances and disruption in the marketplace, this is the only way organisations will be able to grow and survive. Our approach is enhanced by using tools from Lean and Agile as well as coaching, behavioural economics and neuro-science. Organisations which have already taken up the gauntlet and are now using a Lean Change Management approach include some of the large financial institutions in Australia & New Zealand such as ANZ, NAB, Bendigo and Adelaide, Suncorp & BT Financial. Other organisations who have completed the Lean Change Management training include Qantas, SA Power Networks, RAC, Curtin University and Adelaide University.
