ADELAIDE, IT’S TIME TO CREATE SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY. ☕🔥

The Signature Espresso Challenge is bringing together Adelaide’s baristas, bartenders and mixologists for a live battle of flavour, creativity and coffee.

HOW IT WORKS:

Selected competitors will take over the LELIT MaraX3 and use a curated Mystery Pantry to create an original signature espresso drink of no more than 200 ml.

Competitors will prepare and present their creation live to our judging panel. Only one will be crowned the winner and take home a LELIT MaraX3 coffee machine. A runner-up prize will also be awarded.

This weekend the CCS crew stepped inside the Ember Lab for their incredible 5 Course Coffee Omakase — and this was coffee on a whole different level.

Five courses. Five exceptional coffees. Each one matched with creative food, mixology and flavour pairings designed to completely change the way you experience coffee.
