Two separate dwellings across two storeys, designed as one cohesive project.
The brief was to create two independent income streams for short-term tourism or long-term rental opportunities.
Hey Calypso is a 3-bedroom villa with private pool and open plan living. The design features soft curves, subtle textures, and locally sourced materials including stone, marble, and timber.
Upstairs, Odyssey is a single-bedroom apartment with panoramic views and a private balcony.
Clean lines, natural materials, and practical luxury in a tropical setting.
