⚠️ Planned Emergency Solar Management (ESM) Test

Synergy will be conducting a routine ESM test on Tuesday 26th May which may temporarily affect some solar PV systems and inverters.

During the test, some customers may notice their system is online but not generating power for a short period of time. Systems are expected to be impacted for approximately 2 hours.

To help ensure systems reconnect smoothly after testing, customers should remain connected to Wi-Fi during this time.

These tests are carried out to ensure solar systems can be remotely managed when required to help protect the stability of WA’s electricity network. ⚡
