POSITION VACANT: Full Time Security Patrol (Moree)
Steel Guards is looking for a security patrol officer for nightly patrol work in Moree and surrounding areas. (Regional NSW).
***To qualify for the position you must have a car license and valid NSW security license.***
Shifts commence at approximately 6pm, and tasks include:
• Nightly lock ups
• Ensuring clients premises are secure by checking windows, gates and other egress points
• Perimeter checks
• Attending alarm responses
Prior experience preferred, but not essential, as we offer training.

Soooooo the boss wants me to advertise for new guards. I thought I'd try my hand with one of those AI apps where you give it a few words and it makes you four images to choose from. My word prompt was "Advertisement for a security company who needs to employ more people for patrols at night in cars". This was the result. Can you spot some of the things wrong with it? I'll start: There are no women!! Clearly AI still has a way to come.

We're looking for people to join our guard team working on construction sites in West Wyalong (accomodation can be provided). You will need a current NSW security license, a white card and to undertake Alcolizer HH3 breathalyser training. You'll be working 7 days on and 7 days off and this may lead to more hours long term. These sites conduct daily breathalysers each morning and random drug tests…possibly more often if you pretend you're a turtle.

We are once again looking for extra guards, so I thought I'd share this post as your comments are a corker. After this the boss told me to pull my head in a little and to be more professional, but my nagging has finally got to him (or he's desperate) and he's decided to let me have my way with our social media. *Insert evil villain laugh here*. This time around we are looking for guards with a NSW security license and RSA to work in Wagga Wagga pubs, clubs and local events including the races, as well as guards to work at construction sites. The construction gig is 7 days on and 7 days off, 8 hrs a day and may lead to more hours long term. You don't need an RSA for that but you will need a White Card and undertake alcolizer HH3 breathaliser training. Construction sites conduct breathalisers each morning and random drug tests. ...So you can only be high on life.

Last time we needed guards to man solar farms, this time around we need people in Wagga for pubs, clubs and local events, which means you must have an RSA. We also need guards for construction sites in West Wyalong (accommodation can be provided). You will need a white card and to undertake breathalyser training and will work 7 days on / 7 days off. Both jobs require a NSW security license and pay the award rates.
