Tim Manwaring is a Graphic Designer and Screen printer, born in Gundagai NSW. His first love is Architecture, coming from a long lineage of builders. He also builds furniture in his spare time.
Tim studied a bachelor of Graphic Design in Sydney and Fine Arts and Museum Practice in Wagga Wagga, where he currently works on drawings and screenprints from his studio.
He also works in many kinds of print media including drypoint etching and lino cuts, often choosing a warmer palette, which evokes a happy emotions. This has also been influerced by three trips to Mauritius, where he illustrated his third book.
He is inspired by artists such as Alberto Giacometti and Fred Williams. His design have been comissioned by Art Prize and Mental Health NSW.
