South West Catering Care is Riverina’s #1 Catering Equipment Service Company and our business is booming. Our work includes but is not limited to Service and Repair of Commercial Catering Equipment, Sales and Distribution of Coffee and Cleaning Chemicals, and Sales of Commercial Catering Equipment. We are known for our excellent levels of customer service and have been operating in Wagga and the Riverina for over 25 years. We are recruiting for a part time Office Administrator (three days per week) who will be responsible for assisting the Directors in ensuring all office activities & customer enquiries are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner. You may currently be working for another Trade Business and be looking for a new challenge.

3. Be the friendly face of our business, answering customer enquiries will be a big part of your role.
4. Go the extra mile and strive towards producing high quality work in appropriate time frames and be motivated and help our team to meet timelines and uphold the South West Catering Care professional image.
5. Stickler for punctuality, and an eye for detail. You will be in control of our goods receival and stock control process.
6. A creative streak to assist with our social events, marketing activities (google, Facebook, database, mail chimp) and ways we can better our business with processes and scripts etc.
7. Love to crunch the numbers and have knowledge of Accounts Payable, Receivable and provide monthly reports.
8. Communicate effectively with the Director regarding ordering, job progress, and reporting.
9. Have a minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in the office administration role (for a Plumbing or related Trade Business will be an advantage.)
10. Be experienced using XERO or similar accounting program and ability to learn and master our job management software.
