If you’re the type of IT person who loves the people helping bit the most, let’s chat.
You’ll be a dedicated fix-it type who seems to have a knack of waving your hand over a computer and it just starts working again… (live demonstrations are favourable).
You’ll sit as a relationship champion in the heart of our Service Desk with the potential to play a role in our ongoing systems improvement along with projects for our clients.
We’re a team of 6 who enjoy showing up simply because of who we’re working with.
Technically speaking, you’ll be supporting Microsoft Solutions, client LOB solutions and the usual IT Infrastructure needs of networking, hardware, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery within our Professional Services Automation and Remote Monitoring and Maintenance solutions. Cybersecurity compliance experience is a huge plus.
We are a remote working environment with on site visits to clients as needed. This position is for someone located in or near Wagga Wagga, NSW.

You love to communicate and connect and are a techno mumbo jumbo translator – official qualification not required.
