For those who don’t know, an also why we have been on the quiet side
over two years ago I set off on a wild side quest to find a clothing manufacturer to help my staff get uniforms that fit them.
The more I looked into this idea, the more I found a massive gap not only in my industry but across all emergency services.
So I started poking around and asking my industry and industries we work alongside.
if you could design workwear based on what you do for work,
what features would you love to add across security, medical, police, fire, and even expanded into helping friends who are race track marshals.
And I even designed work pants for a race team.
Well, after a couple of failed suppliers, we have found one who stepped up and said let’s go - not only are they very professional but took my ideas and requests and turned them into something, and didn’t just say no like past suppliers.
To say I don’t do things the easy way, I could’ve just stopped at one color, one design, but nope, that’s not the Ben style.
One design has now turned into 45 different items across 7 different colors “not counting the hat range we are designing”.
With all the idea suggestions and requests we have been given across multiple industries, we have tried to add them all in one way or another – thankfully, most were the same ideas or industry practical ideas.
Now, coming into 2026 and everything design-wise is 95% ready; we are just sorting out some behind-the-scenes issues,.
but our goal is to launch this year with a workwear brand focused on first responders “anyone can use our workwear, but some features may need tweaking to suit others, which our supplier is happy to do”.
I do have some amazing company owners who have been working with me behind the scenes on designs and feedback, companies that order my workwear will be given their own unique ordering discount code for them and their staff
