The logo you pulled off your own website is never the one we can print.
A file that looks sharp on screen at 400 pixels wide falls apart the moment it's scaled to sit across a chest. That's the single most common hold-up on a first order.
A true vector file is perfect, usually .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg. It scales to any size without losing resolution, and colours can be separated properly for screen printing.
What can work are high-resolution PNG or JPG, ideally 2000-3000 pixels or more with a clean background.
What will need a redraw: a screenshot, a logo lifted from a website, or anything from a social media profile picture.
