~A friendship story!

After a crazy new year party together... we both got on a plane to come to Australia in early 2007.

We had the dream to speak English, earn some dollars and travel around. We lived separate and we lived together.. we traveled through Asia and we party so much.
We both realised we wanted to stay in Australia, so we got ourselves sponsorships.. I was in business you were in nutrition. Omg those years were so hard. Long hours of work and zero recognition. We were so strong and determined.

We both married Brazilians and we both got divorced. Did we plan that? Hahaha

Life after our residency & our celebration of becoming a citizen(together) was the beginning of a new life. We met our partners.. we both got pregnant in the same year.

Guess what? We had boys.. 5 months apart. You moved to the Central Coast, I followed you.. not getting away from me. You are my daughter godmother and who held my hand when she was born.

Amigaaaaaa our story is so beautiful, 15 years later I’m just so thankful for everything we have been through together. It definitely deserved a post.

Love you so much and it’s so important for me to make sure you know that.

To many more years together. 🙏❤️

Not everything is butterflies but definitely a lesson to be learned in each moment. Boom boom boom conflict is happening and the way we deal with it is the most important thing.

The meanings are endless and also depends on what you are looking for. They become precious tools worthy revisiting many many times.

It goes beyond poses & shapes, it is a way of living. ✨

The water element has its introspective qualities, often referred as The Philosopher.

Can you feel it too? I feel deeply an invitation to go inwards and sit with what it is. To stay quiet and stop trying to figure everything out. I know change is coming and the unfolding will be slow and exciting.

I will be ready when it’s time but for now I bare witnesses to all that is emerging. The parts of me that trust and the parts that are afraid and want to stay small.

Luckily 15 years of yoga practice has thought me to be in this place with love, compassion & curiosity. ❤️ It’s alright it doesn’t need to make sense now. 🙏

Slow Down, says the traffic sign on busy road where the rain falls outside.

Some days all I want is to rest, to go from bed to the couch and nowhere else … but life commitments wake me up early and the tasks eat me like a hot cross bun with butter.

Can I go back home? Can I just stay in? The breath is short and the mind is racing. I just want what I want now. Is it too much to ask?

Somewhere inside I hear that I can create the peace, I can find the calm in the storm and carry around like a lucky crystal.

Looking at the rain, sitting in my car I repeat to myself: SLOW DOWN, it doesn’t need to be later you can get it NOW. Some days are hard I know, sit as long as you need and hold yourself in love ❤️

Trust for the flow of life…Wherever you stand be the soul of that place.

Prenatal yoga can promote relaxation, stress management & emotional well being that will stay with you after the baby is born. A regular practice will give you tools to navigate a healthy pregnancy and help with a more conscious & powerful birth.

The more you practice, the more you will remember and put into action when needed.

Yoga will empower you during and after pregnancy, the continuation of practice will help you develop the mental & physical strength to face the challenges of becoming a mother.

is offering weekly prenatal yoga 7.15pm every Thursday night also there are a full timetable with classes to support you after birth. It’s never too late. 🧘‍♀️
