WEAR LININGS

Annexus WA supplies ceramic linings for a wide range of applications. Our ceramic linings offer the potential of significant cost savings compared with the traditional rubber linings. Typically, ceramics will outlast rubber linings for Hydro cyclones by 8-12 times and rubber lined spools by 15-20 times in wear resistance. Further savings and production benefits are realized through reduced maintenance due to consistency in the spigot, vortex finder and spool sizes.

KILN CAR REFRACTORY

AnnexusWA offers a comprehensive range of kiln car refractory and can customise our product range to suit your individual needs. We use a cordierite-mullite material that works very well in operating temperatures below 1300°C and has been developed with the following properties:

DirtWhacker Range

The residual material remaining on the underside of the conveyor belt after offloading at a transition point is referred to as carryback. Left unattended, this carryback can cause significant problems with the conveyor system components, the conveyor belt and impact the health and safety of personnel on-site.

AnnexusWA supplies and installs our patented Dirtwhacker range of conveyor belt cleaners. Our range includes Primary and Secondary cleaners, with their unique parallelogram design. Our cleaners are mounted on or near the head pulley and reduce up to >90% of carryback residue. We also offer diagonal and V-plough belt cleaning systems, designed for demanding applications, mounted on the inside of the belt near the tail pulley. Our range of unique cleaners is highly effective in eliminating carryback resulting in a safer and cleaner working environment while extending the life of the belt. This helps reduce both maintenance and costs associated with the conveyor system.
