If talking to camera feels overwhelming, the teleprompter in Edits can make a huge difference.🙌

It helps your words appear on screen while you record, so you don’t have to memorise everything.

Here’s Step-by-Step Instructions for using the telepromter:

1️⃣ Open the Edits App
Open Instagram’s Edits app and start a new project.

2️⃣ Create a New Video
Tap the ➕ button to begin recording.

3️⃣ Turn on the Teleprompter
Before recording, look for the Teleprompter option in the recording settings.
Tap it to open.

4️⃣ Paste Your Script
Type or paste in what you want to say.
💡 Tip:
Keep sentences short and conversational.
Write how you naturally speak.

5️⃣ Adjust the Speed
Slow the scrolling speed down until it feels comfortable.
You can test different speeds before recording.

6️⃣ Position Your Phone at Eye Level
This helps your video feel more natural and engaging.
Try looking just above the camera lens while reading.

7️⃣ Press Record
Take a breath and start talking.
Remember:
✔ You do not need to sound perfect
✔ Small pauses are okay
✔ Natural energy works better than sounding scripted
