"I’ve been using Enduro Tags since 2015, when they were first introduced into the market place. I find them definitely better than single prong tags… I recently had to use single prong tags last year when Enduro Tags weren’t available for a period of time and I certainly lost quite alot. I was very pleased when Enduro Tags availability returned...

I find both the management tags and the NLIS cattle tags easy to apply. We apply the management tags at marking and the NLIS tags at weaning. I’m very pleased how both these tag types stay in the animal’s ear. Both these NLIS and management tags on my black cattle give extra identification and differentiation from my neighbour’s black cattle. The Enduro male tag on the back of the ear is very distinctive."

Throwback to 2015, with John holding one of the first combo tags he created

Did you know John founded and started working on EnduroTags in the late 1990's? After practising as a veterinarian for several decades, he decided to combine his love of agriculture and innovation to produce tags that improved on the shortcomings of all the other tags he had worked with in the market.

Roll on to 2024 and EnduroTags now has over 15 types of livestock tags and the range grows and innovates each year... and still one of the only tags to be proudly Australian Made and Owned 🇦🇺

Find us in the crowd at Farm World 2024 🐮

This 3 day event held at the beautiful Park is a highlight of the Gippsland Ag Event calendar every year, and runs from this Friday to Sunday.

Located just outside Warragul, it's a great one for us because it's pretty much in our backyard!

If you're going to be at Farm World please drop in and talk to us at SITE LS3 near the rotunda and cattle corner, it's always a great couple of days catching up with existing Enduro Tags customers and meeting new ones.

John recently captured this image, road testing EnduroTag visibility in this very lush paddock. We can happily report A+ on the visibility score card!

"I have used them on calves at branding and have had no trouble. I also use the orange tags any purchased cattle which have lost a tag or any of my breeders who have lost a tag.

Cattle in this tropical area are constantly rubbing because of buffalo fly and the retention of nlis tags is terrible.

At the meatworks we constantly find other tags in the wash bay from trucks and in the pens after cattle are moved and I then have to do the trace and decease the tag. We have never found an Enduro tag to have fallen out.

I am a big fan of Enduro and won't use anything else now."
