A beautiful day for our last pick of the vintage - Grampians Grenache. Under the supervision of a couple of big fellas, all was going well until we blew a tyre on the trailer whilst on the highway. Grapes are safely in the winery, winemakers heart is still recovering.

Our current 2025 "Spicy Bubbles" Pet Nat and "Big Fundamental" Riesling has sold out again this year. Thank you for all the support. With the fruit for this year's version yet to reach the winery, we look forward to releasing it later this year.

Now that we are back from the festive break, it's given us time to reflect on 2025. Couple of highlights:

➡️ We produced the most wine on record (still tiny)
➡️ We opened our cellar door with good mates
➡️Received some lovely reviews and got to work with some exceptional stockist
➡️ Welcomed our first and tiniest new employee

For all those that have supported us over the year, whether that was in the trade or sharing a bottle of ours, we thank you and look forward to 2026.

"TOP SHELF" GRENACHE — NO NEED TO RUSH

In our pursuit of understanding Grenache in Western Victoria, we chose to hold back our favourite barrels from last year’s “New Tricks” release, giving it extended time in oak rather than bottling early.

The result is a wine with greater savoury depth and layered complexity — one that rewards patience, offering something truly special when the occasion calls for a bottle from the top shelf.
