Life has been kicking my butt lately! Soccer season has started back, I've been unwell and lots of school sports so apologies for being so quiet.

Still lots going on in Thermo land (see my favourite offer below) and I'm still here plugging away so please reach out if anyone needs me 💚

One thing is for certain when life gets hectic, I know my cooking is made easy for me with a Thermomix. This morning instead of boring sandwiches I was able to put on a Mushroom risotto for my little love to take in her thermos for lunch at school, ready in 20 mins, hands free cooking while I got ready.

Guys! I made gnocchi 🤩 totally from scratch, even made the ricotta that I needed for the gnocchi! It was delicious and easy, little steps throughout the day. Give it a go!

Stock refill which doubles as a fridge clean out of all the sad vege.

I use the stock paste recipe, slightly adjusted using what I have 🤷‍♀️

30 mins and a huge amount of stock with no nasties or sugar 🤩

School holidays for us still means lunch boxes while Mum and Dad work and the kids go to holiday care. I did some baking yesterday with my last day off to help make the lunch box packing easier.

Anzac bickies and cheese and Vegemite scrolls. Many of the scrolls were devoured for lunch 🤣 never making it to lunchboxes, oops!

With the rising cost of living, simple swaps like this really make a difference 💚
