Customer Service Officer - Immediate Start

We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic and friendly person to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday.

If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role:

* Providing exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone and via email
* Maintaining shop presentation, merchandising and general cleanliness
* Stock control and inventory management
* Scheduling jobs
* Data entry and general administration
* Working as part of a supportive team while showing initiative and independence

What We're Looking For:

* Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Strong computer and administrative skills, including confidence using email and websites
* Excellent time management and the ability to learn quickly
* Self-motivated, reliable and enthusiastic
* Professional presentation with a friendly and approachable manner
* Current WA driver's licence
