Data Drives Insight is growing fast and we need a Marketing and Communications superstar who is passionate, flexible and creative. This is a new role.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for sharing and spreading spirit of DDI, to attract aligned new clients and consultants to partner with. You will take the lead on marketing some specific projects launching towards the end of 2021 as well as delivering on our usual marketing and communications tactics. You will also be able to build strong relationships with new and existing partners, to really excel in this role.
We are looking for someone on a permanent part-time basis, 2-4 days a week.
The main responsibility of the role is:
• Manage and keep website up to date and relevant with new product updates a and content.
• Plan and create engaging content for social media.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns when needed (Facebook and LinkedIn).
• Create and update marketing collateral for any new products.
• Manage and coordinate brand participation in industry events, conferences, webinars, speakers panels.
• Build relationship with peak body industry partnerships to best utilise these channels
• Capture and share DDI ‘spirit’ across all platforms through effective messaging, to keep DDI community connected, involved and inspired.
• Take the lead on specific project-based campaigns using Hubspot and other digital platforms.
• Track and report on key marketing and performance metrics
Essential Skills and Experience
• You are passionate about the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
• You have a minimum of 2-5 years experience in marketing and communications - particularly online/digital (experience with Hubspot, wordpress, social media advertising desirable)
• You have awesome social media (particularly LinkedIn), content creation, and marketing coordination skills
• You love being able to have a big picture / high level view yet get down to detail when it matters.
• You have a creative knack and love writing and designing things to look visually engaging
• You work well autonomously and have confidence taking the lead on coordinating our marketing efforts, including suggesting new ideas and delivery of existing tactics.
Location
Our office is based in Wembley, there is street parking available and close to public transport. There is a café downstairs and a short walk to The Herdsman. Own car and driver's license would be useful but not essential.
