SUBCONTRACT CLEANER WANTED – BUILDERS CLEANS
We are seeking an experienced subcontract cleaner for ongoing builders cleans on residential construction projects.
Scope of work includes:
• Post-construction and final handover cleans
• Removal of construction dust and residue
• Cleaning of windows, frames, tracks, and glass
• Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls, and surfaces
• Presenting homes to a display home standard
Requirements:
• Proven experience in builders cleans
• ABN required
• Own equipment and cleaning supplies
• Public liability insurance
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and follow site requirements
