We have been a bit quiet online. I have to say we have been busy enjoying Busselton. I thought I’d share a photo of our beautiful coastline & sunset, rather than us.
So a little more information about our services. I’ve covered previously the brands we specialise in. But Gavin can service other brands in the cooking appliance lines. He can order any parts that are required & get you back to cooking. Same goes for your hot water systems. Doesn’t matter how hot the days get, we always need hot water.

Hello all
My last post introduced us to the local community. This time I want to give you more information about our services. Today I will focus on our warranty work.
As previously mentioned we have been warranty & service agents for the following brands for 17 years - Electrolux, Westinghouse, Chef, AEG, Bosch & Rheem. Also, for approximately 10 years, warranty agents for Euro, Glem, Emilia & Ilve. These are all brands I find supportive in after sales services. Backup for me and my customers is really important.
So whether your appliances are still in warranty period, or out of warranty, Gavin is equipped to help you.

Hello everyone in Busselton & surrounding towns. We would like to introduce ourselves. Our names are Gavin & Susan Cailes
We have recently moved from Australind. Previously we were in Narrogin.
We started Cailes Gas Services in 2006, in Narrogin (where we lived for 26 plus years). And then expanded our services in Australind.
We are now continuing our business in Busselton. We feel very blessed getting to live in such a beautiful area.
Please consider us if you have any problems at your home or business - gas leak, oven, cooktop, HWS or heating. We come with 17 years of experience in the industry. And the backup of many brands.
