If less than 20% of your followers are on your email list, you’re leaking sales every single day 💸

I know, I know. You’ve been told to just keep posting and the sales will come. But here’s the thing no one says out loud: Instagram is rented. Your email list is the one audience no one can take from you. If the algorithm shifted tomorrow, your list would still be right there.

So let’s actually fill it. Three real ways:

1. Create an epic lead magnet. People rarely hand over their email without a clear reason, so give them one. A free, specific resource that solves one problem immediately. A checklist, a template, a mini guide.

2. Optimise your website for opt-ins. Most people send traffic to a site that does nothing to catch it. Exit-intent pop-ups, a dedicated landing page, embedded forms on your key pages. Make joining almost effortless.

3. Start a weekly drop. Make the newsletter itself the reason to subscribe. A weekly send they actually look forward to, not a one-off freebie. Become the thing they don’t want to miss.
Then, when you’re ready, you automate the whole thing so you never miss a single person.

One post. Up to 20 captions. And almost everyone is about to do the one thing that wastes it...

Yep. More words. More to skim past. That’s not the unlock. Keep going.

This is the whole shift. Text informs, psychology moves. Here’s what “psychology” actually means on a carousel...

A hook. A story. Proof. A CTA. One per slide. Put them in order and watch what happens.

Five beats. The same five a good sales page uses. Swipe and I’ll name each one.

Notice what slide one of this post did to you. That’s the loop. You’re still here.

Most carousels die here, because they never name the real problem. Say the thing they feel.

Proof earns the teaching. Mine: I took one offer from 14% to 68% sign-ups by changing a single page.

Now you teach. Specifics only. “Move your form above the fold” beats “optimise your funnel” every time.

One ask. Never two. A confused person does nothing.
