We can't change external events, but we can choose how we view and work around them. If we acknowledge what's happened and look for a learning and see the situation, event, comment as feedback, we can then use that feedback to move forward differently, to learn from it, to modify our approach and to keep going with whatever comes next (more feedback) until things start to change. When you're facing challenging times ask yourself: What do I need to learn from this? And give yourself time for the answer to come to you - it may take hours, days, or even weeks, but keep your mind open to listen for and recognise that learning when it comes.
And most of all, be kind to yourself and others.

We’ve mentioned it, you might have seen the term floating around the place… But what is DISC? What does that mean? There are four key style that DISC evaluations look at, these are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. Now, keep in mind that everyone is a blend of all four styles, but most people tend to be closer to one or two more than others.
