A new belt winder is on its way to our Townsville team! 🚚

Designed, manufactured and delivered by our East Rockingham Fabrication Workshop, this purpose-built unit will support belt changeout and installation projects across North Queensland.

It's a great example of our teams working together to deliver practical solutions that help improve efficiency and support safe conveyor maintenance activities at our customer sites.

🎉 Congratulations to the 13 employees who recently completed Fenner's Practical Training Facility (PTF) program and earned their Certificate I in Process Manufacturing.

Through Fenner's Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we're proud to provide a pathway for new employees to develop valuable skills, gain nationally recognised qualifications, and build rewarding careers in our industry.

The eight-week program combines classroom learning with practical, hands-on experience, introducing participants to Fenner's processes, safety standards, and belt splicing fundamentals. It's an important first step that helps prepare future apprentices, trainees, and industry professionals for long-term success.

By investing in training today, we're helping develop the skilled workforce our industry will rely on tomorrow.

Well done to all graduates on reaching this milestone! 👏

The AFL finals might've come and gone, but footy fun never ends! 🏈

Our Footscray site recently held a Family Footy Day, inviting all our staff and their family down for a day of fun, food, and of course, footy. With smiles (and paint) on everyone's faces, it was a great day shared by all, and a wonderful chance to connect and meet each other's families.

🎉 2 Years Safe at KFAB! 🎉

The KFAB team recently celebrated an incredible milestone of 2 years of safe days.

To mark the occasion, the team headed to OuttaBounds for a day of fun, team building, darts, mini golf, the driving range, and some well-earned food and laughs together.

This achievement is a testament to the safety culture our team lives every day. Looking out for one another, following safe work practices, and staying committed to doing the job right all play an important part in making KFAB a safe workplace.

A huge thank you to every team member for their dedication and contribution. Congratulations on an outstanding achievement and here's to continuing our strong safety record! 👏

Finding Future Paths with Mackay State High School

Recently, our Mackay team welcomed students and teachers from Mackay State High School for a behind-the-scenes tour of our facility as part of a careers pathway excursion.

Supporting the next generation is something we're passionate about at Fenner. Through our RTO and initiatives like this, we're helping students discover the many career opportunities available within the bulk materials handling industry and explore potential pathways for their future.

Thanks to everyone who visited. We loved sharing what we do and helping inspire the workforce of tomorrow.

We're excited to share that Fenner Conveyors was named the winner of the 2026 Bulk Handling Awards Sustainability in Bulk Handling category, as well as a finalist in the 2026 Australian Mining Awards Sustainability Innovation category.

Both honours recognise the success of our recently launched InfinitySeries® conveyor belts, developed in partnership with Tyrecycle.

What started as an ambitious idea has grown into a meaningful circular economy solution. Together with Tyrecycle, we're helping keep end-of-life conveyor belts out of landfill by recovering valuable materials and giving them a second life in new, conveyor belts engineered for performance and manufactured in Australia.

It was great to celebrate this achievement alongside the Tyrecycle team and reflect on how far this initiative has come.

We're proud of what we've achieved together and even more excited about continuing to drive innovation and sustainability in conveyor belting.

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners recognised at the awards.

We were proud to be part of the 2026 WA Waste & Resource Recovery Conference, where our Principal Engineer of Materials Handling, Mike Finlen, joined Tom Lunn from ResourceCo to share the story behind our InfinitySeries conveyor belting range.

Developed in partnership with Tyrecycle, InfinitySeries gives end-of-life conveyor belts a second life, helping keep valuable materials out of landfill while supporting sustainable conveyor solutions across Australia.

It was fantastic to connect with more than 300 attendees from government, industry, and the wider community to discuss the future of waste recovery and resource sustainability. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Tyrecycle stand for a chat.

Last week, Fenner Conveyors rolled out five Talk2MeBro Mental Health and Su***de Awareness workshops across our Perth locations, with strong engagement from team members and positive feedback on the program.

Supporting the wellbeing of our people is a key part of creating a workplace where everyone can succeed and thrive. These workshops provide practical tools, frameworks, and conversations that help build awareness, resilience, and confidence both at work and at home.

We also had 15 employees complete their Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification, bringing our total number of accredited team members to 43 across Fenner. These employees are now equipped to recognise the signs of a mental health challenge, have supportive conversations, and encourage people to access the help they need.

By investing in programs like Talk2MeBro and MHFA training, we're helping create a safer, more supportive workplace for our teams, their families, and our communities.

Today we're recognising R U OK? Day across Fenner Conveyors.

Teams from branches around Australia are taking part in events and activities that encourage us to slow down, connect with one another, and ask a simple but important question: R U OK?

It's a reminder that looking out for our mates and taking the time to have meaningful conversations can make a real difference.

Thanks to everyone across our business for getting involved and helping create a supportive workplace culture.
