Would you like to see a new Aquatic Centre in the Aldinga area? If yes, we would like to hear from you!

The Aldinga Bay Aquatic Centre Feasibility Study and Business Case (Planning Study) was commissioned by the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing on behalf of the Aquatic Centre Aldinga Bay Action Group.

At this early stage in the feasibility process, we want to better understand what would attract you to use a potential new aquatic centre in the Aldinga area and what kinds of experiences you would like to have in the new centre. Your insights will help determine what facilities could be considered for inclusion while ensuring the centre is financially responsible and appropriately sized.

We recently developed Power BI dashboards for Bicycle Network to provide public access to a decade of Super Counts data and analysis. Read about the project here.

We were recently engaged to develop a suite of dashboards for Bicycle Network to showcase their Super Tuesday (commuter) and Super Sunday (recreational) bicycle count data.

Last week we spent the week visiting and auditing open space areas in the City of Mount Gambier using our new Open Space audit program.

We visited over 60 sites and collected crucial information about their sport, recreation, and open space areas. This data will be used in the development of the Mount Gambier Sport, Recreation, and Open Space Strategy.

We look forward to continuing to work with the City of Mount Gambier and Outerspace Landscape Architects on this important strategy for the region.

It's great to see NSW Government’s decision that female changerooms would be a top priority when dispensing $100 million across regional NSW. insideEDGE Sport and Leisure Planning's Sports Facility Auditor was used to inspect and identify that 24% of venues DO NOT have change facilities and of those sites that do, 76% are NOT female-friendly.

Great to see AFL Queensland reaping the benefits of the role they played in delivering the AFL Season and Grand Final during such a challenging year in 2020. The announcement of the $8 million AFL Grand Final Infrastructure Legacy funding partnership between the Queensland Government and the AFL will assist clubs and councils to provide high-quality AFL facilities for their communities.

We worked with AFL Queensland during 2020 to deliver the AFL Queensland Facilities Plan 2020-2025, with the announcement of the AFL Grand Final Infrastructure Legacy funding partnership supporting the implementation of the Facilities Plan in communities across the state.
