Showcasing one of our past projects – BP Port Augusta. Despite being in a remote area, the SwitchCo team were able to manage the works smoothly and efficiently.

The site didn’t come without its challenges, pre-existing site conditions including a high-water table and stringent EPA conditions. However, our team were up to the challenge and successfully completed the project whilst keeping both fuel and customer facilities open.

SwitchCo were able to demonstrate our ability to manage remote projects providing design, planning, tender, construction management and superintendent supervision for all stages of the work in SA. For more info, visit: https://bit.ly/3Q2Xd9A

As specialists in retail and fuel project management, as well as being accredited Dangerous Goods consultants and fuel system designers, SwitchCo decided it was well past time that we had a stand at the Asia Pacific Fuel Industry Forum (APFI) in Brisbane this month. We met some interesting people, learned a lot, and enjoyed our time in the Brisbane winter sun. We enjoyed handing out a couple of bottles of premium wine to our raffle winners for a bit of fun, and we are already looking forward to going back again next year!

Our Core Values are very important to us. Over time they set the culture of the business and define who we are and how we behave. But they also set the tone for how we run projects. We firmly believe that if we abide by our Core Values, projects will succeed, clients will be happy, and our team will enjoy their work.

As one of our earlier projects, SwitchCo took great pride in serving as the Project Manager for Stage 1 of an ambitious energy metering initiative in collaboration with Telstra Energy, Metropolis Metering Services, and Next Generation Electrical.

SwitchCo were tasked with the delivery of a program rollout, for the installation of revenue generating meters on Telstra Exchange equipment across Victoria and South Australia.

Overcoming diverse challenges on different project sites, we ensured a seamless and timely ex*****on through a well-coordinated approach and effective communication with all stakeholders. Despite compressed timelines and the challenges of Covid-19 in 2020, SwitchCo's agile and collaborative approach ensured top-notch quality in design, construction, and site safety. At SwitchCo, we believe in giving back to our community. Our recent fundraising push-up challenge showcased our team's dedication and determination to raise awareness and funds for mental health.

Led by Aman, Steve J, Jon, and Steven P, we took on the challenge of completing a total of 6,733 push-ups to support a worthy cause. Through our collective efforts, we successfully raised an incredible $530!

This incredible feat not only earned us a team trophy but, more importantly, it contributed to making a positive impact in the lives of those in need. We're proud of our team's spirit and commitment to creating a better world. Together, we can raise awareness for mental health!
