Our Core Values are very important to us. Over time they set the culture of the business and define who we are and how we behave. But they also set the tone for how we run projects. We firmly believe that if we abide by our Core Values, projects will succeed, clients will be happy, and our team will enjoy their work.
1️⃣ WE REALLY CARE - We really care about our colleagues, our projects, our stakeholders and our environment. Caring about what you and how well you do it is necessary to achieve project success.
2️⃣ WE CHALLENGE - We ask the hard questions of each other and our stakeholders, to ensure the best project outcomes. Constantly challenging the status quo demonstrates our ability and desire to solve problems. We add value by solving problems.
3️⃣ INTEGRITY IS EVERYTHING - We always maintain the highest level of integrity, as our integrity is our reputation. It takes courage to maintain integrity. Maintaining integrity and having the determination to do the right thing when taking pressure from all directions demonstrates courage. Whilst we are representing the client, we are also representing SwitchCo and our behaviour and honesty will reflect on SwitchCo across the market well after the current project or issue is forgotten about.
