📣 On 06 October Reach Subsea published that we had come to an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares of the Australian company Guardian Geomatics Pty Ltd.

😀This team among others worked diligently to finalize everything, and as a result, we are delighted to announce that the transaction has been successfully closed! ✍
