It’s hard to believe that it’s already been six months since Sinclair Gold acquired the Mt Henry Gold Project.

We’ve built out the team, with 16 people now working on site across two swings, and four rigs are drilling day and night across Mt Henry and Selene. These rigs are on the hunt for more gold as we work to grow the scale of the Project.

It’s been a very busy six months, but also a lot of fun, and we’re really proud of what the team has achieved so far.

We’ve learnt a lot about Mt Henry in a short period of time, but there’s still a lot more drilling to do and plenty of the project we haven’t touched yet.

Six months down. Plenty more to come.

Sinclair Gold Ltd (ASX: SGC) is pleased to advise that it has completed more than 20,000m of drilling at its Mt Henry Gold Project, located 20km south of Norseman in Western Australia.

Completion of 20,000m of drilling triggers the first contingent consideration milestone under the terms of Sinclair’s acquisition of the Mt Henry Project from Westgold Resources Limited (ASX: WGX). Drilling at Mt Henry is continuing, with an updated Mineral Resource Estimate targeted before the end of December 2026.

Sinclair Gold has moved into a new stage of drilling at the Mt Henry Gold Project to better understand the true scale of the system. Although the area has been tested in a stop‑start way over the past 30 years, most historic drilling barely pushed past 100 metres, largely because earlier operators didn’t have the time or capital to properly define the asset. The current program is taking a different approach, targeting mineralisation between 200 and 300 metres and exploring the system at depths two to three times greater than previous campaigns.

Last week, Sinclair Gold’s Board and senior management team spent the day at the Mt Henry Gold Project, getting an in-person look at progress across site and the drilling programs underway since the February acquisition.

With proven leadership across mining, strategy and capital markets, supported by highly experienced geologists and strong capability across finance, legal, and people & culture, our team brings a strong track record in discovery, resource growth and value creation.

A great day on site and a highlight for the Board to see the work come to life, from the office to the field.

Sinclair Gold Ltd (ASX: SGC) is pleased to announce that it has executed a binding Earn-In Agreement with Medaro Mining Corp. (CSE: MEDA) in relation to the Sala Project in Sweden.

Sinclair Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Sansom Sansom said:

“Medaro is well-placed to unlock the full value at Sala through further exploration. This agreement allows Sala to do that while Sinclair and its shareholders retain exposure to its future success.

“At the same time, it allows us to remain firmly focused on growing and advancing the Mt Henry Gold Project”.
