What You’ll Be Doing
• Running day-to-day operations of your assigned area
• Managing bookings, workflow, and customer relationships
• Completing high-quality installations and repairs
• Quoting jobs and dealing with customers and insurers directly
• Driving local growth through initiative and service
• Managing stock, tools, and your company vehicle

What We’re Looking For
• Proven, hands-on experience in automotive glass installation
• Someone who is driven, self-motivated, and business-minded
• Confident working independently and making decisions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Current driver’s licence (essential)
• Leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded)
• ADAS calibration experience a bonus

Welcome to 2026! We hope everyone enjoyed their holiday season, and we look forward to seeing all of our wonderful customers across 2026.

Just a reminder that we will reopen for business as usual on Monday 5th December, 8am-5pm.

We would like to thank our customers for all your support throughout 2025. Our staff have worked extremely hard this year, whether it was in the workshop, in the office, or behind the scenes to make this year run as smoothly as possible. We wish to advise you that we will be closed for a well-earned break from 12pm on Friday 19th December, and we will reopen for another amazing year, business as usual, at 8am on Monday 5th January 2026.

Chip repairs now available!! Elite repair kit has arrived thanks to Esprit glass repair products.

If you have one of those annoying chips that hits your line of vision but think it's too minor to replace the whole windscreen, give us a call and book in for a chip repair!!

Repairs from $165.00 inclusive. We can also bill direct to your insurance company if you have glass cover on your policy so you won't have to pay a cent!!

Willaston Windscreens will be closed from Friday the 18th of April till Monday the 28th of April. I will still be taking calls in this time and doing any emergency work.
